I am a youth pastor. I hesitate to say anything because right now I feel like the furthest thing from it. It is not what I thought it was going to be like. Matter of fact life is not like I thought it was going to be like. I work two jobs to pay my bills and they barely get me by. The other job is printing tshirts. Not a bad job if that was all you had to do. But I leave there and come home to another job that is just leaving me with a ton of guilt, frustration, and I think I'm getting an ulcer. There are so many expectations on me right now. People watching my every move and yet I am on the verge of failing at all that incompasses being a youth pastor. I am sick.

Please G*d I can't take anymore of the pain, I am trying to keep my head high I know you are with me and I know this time of struggle will serve as a great lesson to me in my life, but the lost, sad and lonely feeling is consuming me. Life, once appreciated, is now empty, what will become of us? Can it ever be, will it ever be able to be, if so I want it to be the way I dreamed it could be, it definitely cannot be the same as it was, it cannot go back that way. I do love him and have made several bad choices in the past, I want to understand how to change things for the better, make this life what him and I have always wanted.

This weekend has been packed with fun. today Tyler and I went snowboarding, getting up at 5 in the morning. for some reason, as we were drinking a little and going to taco surf the night before, we thought: we should drink ourselves to sleep. worst idea EVER. the ride there was awful, but the snow was some of the best i've ridden on and was companied with some of my best rides ever. starting to get real good at jumps. we rushed home to barely make it in time to get ready for sara and meghans employee diner where phil and i laughed our asses off the whole time. food was great, dancing and met some wonderful people. including another photographer who was on custom made crutches (spray painted) because he hurt himself doing a 'flying crotch thrust' needless to say we got along great.

A True Best Friend

I don't think you know her,

She's not very popular.

She's the most beautiful person I know,

And she always makes me feel great.

She knows how to brighten my day,

Even if it's the darkest one yet.

She always has my back,

No matter what.

She's a True Best Friend.

She has a heart of gold.

She has hair of dark brown.

She's my angel.

She's my soon-to-be childs' God Mother.

She's the only one who understands me 24/7.

We've been through thick and thin,

Ups and downs,

Boys and more boys,

And even stupid girls.

We've been through hard times,

And we've been through good times.

We enjoy each other's company.

No matter what time of day.

She's the first person I talk to in the morning.

And the last person I talk to when I go to sleep.

She'a a True Best Friend.

She has her fault's,

But, then again, who in this world doesn't?

She sees every tear.

She catches the next,

And she stops the third.

She is there and already knows what's going on before anyone else.

She's the type of person that you can give your life to,

And not expect her to hide it,

or give it back.

She's always here for me,

Whenever I need her.

She drops everything for me,

And she'll use her last drop of gas to come get me,

And not expect nothing in return.

She's A True Best Friend.

Her name is Elisha Lynn and she's the most amazing person I know. Girl, you're my angel and I love you so, so much.

I see the walls around me and I can't help but think they are getting farther from me. This doesn't necessarily mean I'm free. It's more like a tease. The candle on the table across the room still flickers reminding me that I'm still inside behind the bars constructed by my mind. This is the life I've created around me. The love of my friend is the only thing that frees me long enough to see how great the world should be for me.

She draws next to me with the dry erase of the symbols that represent our key. The different meanings flash out to me. Our birthdays, which her's is today. Restrictions fallaway for she is 18 today. Our next green break arrives shortly to another moment of glee.

My best friend is a 5 foot 6 structure of attitude that always has my back

Even when the road gets bumpy.

The blood that runs through my veins is the blood lineof strong women

With the temper of the amazon.

I might not find the guy for me but I will expierence great sex on the way.

The blood runs from my chest to the ground where my heart now lays. Broken again by the wrong thing. I thought this would be different with you, but like most songs nobody knew. My life isn't over for I still see my heart beating waiting for the next heartache to come through.
